You have probably heard of wide Mediterranean gastronomy, with its background history, this Dalmatian area is offering. There is nothing more important for the local people than the essence of having great traditional food that can share with its families, friends, and tourists. No matter where are you coming from or which food habits you are having, we are sure you will fit into our culinary workshop. Just imagine how interesting this might be for you, having a traditional cooking lesson with a great and entertaining chef in one of the oldest stone houses in the area. Meeting up in the morning, we are taking you to grab a cup of coffee while introducing you to a plan of your cooking day. It is one of the most liked parts of the day as you are going to learn a lot of fascinating historical details about the area and its gastronomy. Our chef has been already diligent as she had prepared traditional pastries, famously called Kroštule, which pairs well with a coffee. To appreciate and understand local cuisine, you are going to visit fish, meat, and green market and choose over the menu together with your chef. Once you get everything needed for mastering a cooking class, you will continue for a short walk to the chef's colorful home. Having three to five courses, you can learn a lot so, listen carefully and feel free to participate as an assistant. Once all of the cooking is done, it is time for gathering and tasting all of the delicacies prepared. Your chef has written a cookbook with more than 95 traditional recipes that were collected from a family over generations. If you are a gourmet and a food lover, this experience will be most likely your favorite one while staying in the area.

It will never be changed in a way that detracts from your experience, but will instead always improve it for you.
